Good College for engineering students.Awesome faculty members of every department of engineering and all professor has renownable degree form top universities. Placements are also too good for both core and non core branches. Highest package is nearly 65 lpa

The college has very wide greenery, beautiful scenario, huge campus! But the only thing which needs to be done that is 'Maintenance'! All though it is a government college but this needs to taken care on a serious note. Else, teachers are very helpful and the atmosphere is perfect.

A premier engineering college with a great history in the field of technical education and icing on the cake is the wonderful weather here around the year. Relatively bigger campus than any other Engineering college in the state of WB. The alumni are spread throughout the world in top notch institutions which makes it even more awesome. Moreover the 'AUTONOMOUS' tag makes it elegant.

The best place to enjoy the Hostel life. The tea garden besides the hostel will refresh you everyday. High speed LAN is available in hostel rooms with download speed of ~15mb/s. Weather is really awesome, being a student of Mechanical engg, I must say, the professors especially Asim Mahapatra sir, S.B. sir (SOM specialist), Chell Sir (DOME specialist), and atlast but not the least our beloved S.R.C sir are too much helpful and student friendly. I am really overwhelmed to have those great teachers in my life. In winter, you can easily watch the peak of Kanchenjunga from any hostel roof. One last thing, we believe in Chana-Pona relationship, not just in Senior-Junior relationship. :)

Huge campus spreaded over 165 acres but honestly speaking not well maintained by the authorities. B. Tech course of six branch and M. Tech course of two branch are here. Best govt engineering college in West Bengal. Awesome environment.
